HOW CAN I JOIN?

   The Society was a concept created by our first theatre teacher (Who now manages the similar 
Eclectic Troupe of Comedy at Kempner).  The concept was to get some of the troupe's funniest 
and most creative individuals and put them at the center of a strange and bizarre organiation 
called the Society.  When a student enters, (s)he spends the rest of his\her theatre career in 
the Society.  
   For most of its history, The Society has consisted of an annual show based around a series 
of semi-planned improvisations organized by its members.  Ms. Grant initially was in charge of 
The Society, until the 1999 Season, when Mr. Freeman (A new teacher at the time), expressed 
interest in working with the group.  Since then, this already popular part of the troupe has
grown and expanded.  Now, not only does The Society participate in its normal show, but it's 
also part of a much larger Comedy Sportz team that competes with other schools to find out who 
is the funniest (And such).
